The dining area was awesome with different themed dinners every day, and I loved the sun loungers by the pool for relaxing. The vibe was chill, and it was great to enjoy the live entertainment in the evenings. My only minor hiccup was a bit of noise from the entertainment area at night, but it didn't ruin the fun overall! 🌞

The hotel impresses with its cleanliness and modern appeal. The pool area is well-maintained with ample sunbeds available, making it perfect for families. Breakfast offers a good range of options, including enjoyable pancakes, although the evening entertainment was lackluster, with a focus on local themes that didn't engage many of the guests. the rooms could use more storage space, which was a bit challenging for a family. The bar service during peak hours was inconsistent, causing delays for drinks.

Friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. The evening entertainment offered a good mix, but the lifts were frustratingly slow. Pool area clean, great for families with kids due to slides.

The place is perfect for families! The kids loved the pool area with slides, and the all-inclusive options kept everyone happy with great snacks and fresh meals daily. One highlight was Maima's delicious stir-fry that we enjoyed for lunch, it was made to order!
My kids wished the lift situation was better. it took ages to get one, especially with the little ones.

missingWrote a review on 30 Julclean poolhelpful staffvaried dininglift shortagesentertainment noiseair conditioning issues
The hotel had its perks, especially the dining options. The buffet offered plenty of variety, especially the pizza and pasta, so no one went hungry. Cleanliness impressed me, particularly around the pool area, which was well-maintained. My room included a fridge and a digital safe, definitely convenient for my solo stay. issues cropped up with the lifts. only two available made waiting times frustrating. the air conditioning wasn’t adequate for the summer heat, and I struggled to sleep at night. My room had noise from the entertainment area below, especially during the flamenco shows. I appreciated having the beach a short walk away, but the steep hill back to the hotel added a bit of a workout. The bar served branded drinks, though it took some effort to get a large glass of beer at times. The staff were helpful and responsive, particularly when I needed to shift rooms. Despite the enjoyable food and great location, the noise and lifts could definitely use some attention.
