The bar service during peak hours was inconsistent, causing delays for drinks.

We loved the vibrant dining atmosphere with themed dinners every night. The live cooking stations amazed us while the staff were exceptionally friendly. Don't miss out on the fun animations for kids by the pool! Pro tip, Arrive early for sunbeds, they fill up fast!

The hotel had its perks, especially the dining options. The buffet offered plenty of variety, especially the pizza and pasta, so no one went hungry. Cleanliness impressed me, particularly around the pool area, which was well-maintained. My room included a fridge and a digital safe, definitely convenient for my solo stay. issues cropped up with the lifts. only two available made waiting times frustrating. the air conditioning wasn’t adequate for the summer heat, and I struggled to sleep at night. My room had noise from the entertainment area below, especially during the flamenco shows. I appreciated having the beach a short walk away, but the steep hill back to the hotel added a bit of a workout. The bar served branded drinks, though it took some effort to get a large glass of beer at times. The staff were helpful and responsive, particularly when I needed to shift rooms. Despite the enjoyable food and great location, the noise and lifts could definitely use some attention.
